As a Functional designer working in R&D team, my role focuses on simplifying complex workflows within Slim4’s key modules, making data-driven insights and operational controls accessible and user-friendly for diverse business needs.

Designed and Developed Slim4, fostering cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders to optimize information architecture, enhance service quality, and deliver seamless end-to-end (E2E) user experiences.
Led the entire design lifecycle, working closely with Product team and various business units (BU) to define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and drive project progression through user research—including market analysis, concept validation, and business assessment—alongside usability testing and feature rollouts. Accountable for creating and maintaining functional and UX specifications, ensuring efficient and effective project execution within Agile and Scrum methodologies in close collaboration with the technical Product owner and Development team.
Contributed to redesigning the UX navigation on key pages by conducting concept testing and hosting evaluation workshops with over 70 stakeholders to validate usability and user satisfaction. The final solution was determined based on analyzed user research data and further refined as a scalable development concept.

As a Product Release Specialist at Slimstock, I am responsible for managing collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, coordinating development sprints every three weeks. I create product release content and update and maintain the product information and structure in WordPress (CMS), which includes fixing bugs, enhancing UX/UI, and managing content related to supply chain management, as well as information security and database management. This role has developed my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize features effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
